With premises in the London area, at Cooke and Sons we have been providing excellent service in the conservation and restoration of oil paintings for over eighty years. Our clients have included many West End dealers, private collectors, overseas clients, regional and national galleries, as well as Christie’s and the other London salerooms.

We can offer all aspects of conservation and restoration of paintings from the sixteenth to the twentieth centuries. After an initial assessment we are normally able to give clients an accurate forecast of treatment, cost and timescale.

Originally established in 1928 in Mayfair, we are now based at secure premises in South West London, moments from the District Line and easily accessible by road from Heathrow and the centre of London. We collect and deliver work every Friday in central London, and  visits can be arranged more widely around southern England.
